Meet the Founder & President Rick Price
Rick Price is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of R.B. Price and Company. A Vietnam veteran and graduate of the University of Arizona, Rick is also a longtime resident of Tucson, Arizona. His real estate career began in the late 1970s as a licensed agent, just before the market experienced a major slump. With family and friends heavily invested in vacant land partnerships, Rick set out to help them recover their money. That decision led him to real estate development. When asked what he knew about it, Rick simply replied, “I’ll figure it out.” Over the past forty-five years, Rick has been directly involved in developing more than twelve thousand residential lots in Southern Arizona. Each rezoning included neighborhood meetings and public input. While specializing in residential development, R.B. Price and Company has also created several master-planned communities that include significant commercial space. Rick’s experience and community involvement led to his appointment to both the Pima County Tax Advisory Board and the Pima County Transportation Advisory Commission.
